New to yoga? No problem, this yoga session is designed to work with all abilities and levels! No yoga mats are necessary, you are welcome to bring a mat, towel or enjoy yoga in the fresh spring grass!
Taught by Laura Fallon, who teaches Alignment Based Accessible Yoga for All People! She focuses on making sure those who are new feel welcome and have enough information to participate fully!
This is a great way to start your Earth Day Celebration! Meet on the lawn in front of the large bandstand on the EAST side of the park.
